Box Office Policies
Payments Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Cash.
Additional charges: A convenience charge of $3.00 will be added to each ticket purchased over the phone, and fees will vary for each ticket purchased on-line. Convenience charges are waived on tickets purchased in-person at the box office. Tickets purchased from sources other than Kumble Theater may not be valid and unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than ticket’s actual face value, we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.
Child Ticket Policy: Children 3 years of age and above will require their own individual ticket to gain admittance and seating. Any child below 3 years of age will not require a ticket, however they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Please note, that for certain children’s events, all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.
Student and Senior Ticket Policy: Student tickets require a current school ID for pick up, seniors 62 years and over will need to show photo ID with proof of age. For group rates please contact box office. Discount prices when available are always listed in the event’s information panel.
No refunds/exchanges: We offer no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. There are no adjustments on prior ticket purchases. Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time stated.
Payment for Reservations: Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, which must be received at the time of purchase.
Receipt of Tickets: Box office pick up/Will Call of purchased ticket may be received by patron that selected/requested ticket be held for pick up at box office Will Call, within 1 hour of performance time by presenting a valid photo ID. To pick up tickets in advance please stop by the box office in person during regular business hours by presenting a valid photo ID. E-ticket delivery method may also be selected/requested when at shopping cart while ordering a ticket online or by phone. E-ticket is sent by e-mail as a printable ticket to the e-mail account provided by patron, to print E-ticket click on “eticket/printathome” link within email confirmation. E-Ticket is also redeemable by presenting on smartphone upon theater entry. To display E-ticket on smartphone, click on “eticket/printathome” link within confirmation email and cancel printing of ticket.
